On July 1st, the region will host the Canada Man / Canada Woman TAFISA Sprint Triathlon. This competition is a preparation for the ultimate long distance triathlon in Canada, the Canada Man / Woman XTRI! This triathlon pays tribute to Canadian builders who knew how to adapt to the harsh elements of nature and make the forest and large expanses of Quebec their land of subsistence and belonging.
In summary the CANADA MAN/ CANADA/WOMEN is:
750 m swim on Lac Mégantic
20 km of cycling
5 km run
