 Splendid wooden country cottage isolated in nature, on the edge of a private natural lake (± 43 acres wide), brooks, and access to the private pedestrian paths on more than 27 acres.
The cottage can accommodate up to 6 people. Two bedrooms with both a Queen bed and a sofa-bed (2 places). Bedding provided. Washer and dryer included. Bathroom with a podium bath-tub.
Possibilities of fishing and canoeing. Safety jackets provided.
Indoor gas hearth, electric heating, thermostat in every apartment, smoke detector on every storey. Embedded oven, ceramic plates, microwave, and television. Exterior BBQ, and a patio unit.
This non-smoker cottage is located at 2 km from Piopolis and about 15 km from Lac-Mégantic.
Located near the National Park of Mont-Mégantic and the Golf Club. In winter: Possibilities of snow-shoeing and cross-country skiing. A deposit of 100$ will be required in case of damages during your stay. It will be returned back to you when you leave in condition that everything is in order, as it was at your arrival. Cellulars are permitted. Week-ends rate : 300$ (from Friday 7pm to Sunday 7pm) and off-season rate : 650$ / week (from early September to early May).

Chalet non fumeur, les petits animaux ne sont pas acceptés. Un dépôt de 200$ est exigible qui servira pour assurer la réservation où en cas de bris.
